SharePoint & Power Platform Developer
Adelaide 5000 (Full-time, 1.0 FTE)

Join us as a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer and lead SharePoint innovation, automate workflows, and drive impactful digital solutions.

 

The Role

Centacare is seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, and support of our SharePoint environment and related digital tools. This role is responsible for delivering practical solutions that improve collaboration, automate processes, and integrate with key enterprise systems.


The following key responsibilities will ensure you contribute to the team meeting its objectives:

  • Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

  • Build and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows aligned to business needs.

  • Work with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver targeted solutions.

  • Integrate SharePoint with systems such as finance, HR, and case management platforms.

  • Provide end-user support, training resources, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Support reporting through Power BI and Tableau where required.

  • Contribute to SharePoint governance, content lifecycle, and security.

What you need to bring

  • Proven experience in SharePoint development and support (SharePoint Online preferred).
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with SQL-based databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL), including data structure design and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with non-technical end users.
  • Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check

Desirable

  • Experience using Power BI and/or Tableau for reporting and data visualisation.
  • PowerShell scripting skills, particularly for SharePoint or Microsoft 365 automation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent industry experience.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
