The Role This is full-time (1.0 FTE) 8 am – 4 pm, fixed-term position until 30 June 2026, based in Port Adelaide. Essential criteria: - A friendly, warm, and welcoming approach.
- Experience in providing a broad range of administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills, and ability to quickly build rapport with young people, their families, and friends.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment and a proven ability to work independently.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer literacy.
Desirable: - Experience in and the ability to complete data entry and navigate record management systems.
- Experience using Mastercare electronic client management system.
