Administration Officer / Receptionist (headspace)
Port Adelaide (Full time,1.0 FTE)

 

headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation and provides support to young people aged 12-25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health concerns.

 

  • Fixed term, Full-time (1.0 FTE) 8 am – 5 pm role| Location: Port Adelaide| No weekend work

The Role

 

This is full-time (1.0 FTE) 8 am – 4 pm, fixed-term position until 30 June 2026, based in Port Adelaide.

 

Essential criteria:

  • A friendly, warm, and welcoming approach.
  • Experience in providing a broad range of administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, and ability to quickly build rapport with young people, their families, and friends.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment and a proven ability to work independently.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer literacy.

Desirable:

  • Experience in and the ability to complete data entry and navigate record management systems.
  • Experience using Mastercare electronic client management system.
